This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) sets forth the privacy practices of MDT Pacific Limited and its current and future MDT Pacific Affiliates (collectively, “MDT Pacific”) for the MDT Pacific website located at www.mdtpacificltd.com and any other MDT Pacific websites or services that link to this Privacy Policy, (collectively, the “Websites”); and all other MDT Pacific products or services provided or otherwise made accessible on or through the Websites or that otherwise link to or reference this Privacy Policy. The Websites, and any other MDT Pacific products or services that link or refer to this Privacy Policy are collectively referred to as the “Service.” This Privacy Policy describes how MDT Pacific collects, discloses, stores, transfers, and uses information that could individually identify our users (“Personal Data”) in connection with our Service.

TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL DATA
The Service is hosted and operated in Hong Kong (“HK”). If you do not reside in HK., laws in HK may differ from the laws where you reside. By using the Service, you acknowledge that any Personal Data about you, regardless of whether provided by you or obtained from a third party, is being provided to MDT Pacific in HK and will be hosted on HK servers, and you authorize MDT Pacific to transfer, store, host and process your information to and in HK, and possibly other countries. You hereby consent to transfer of your data to HK.
EU PERSONAL DATA
If you are located in the EU, United Kingdom, Lichtenstein, Norway, or Iceland, you may have additional rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (the “GDPR”) related to your Personal Data, as further described below. MDT Pacific will be the controller of your Personal Data processed in connection with the Service, unless you access the Service through an enterprise account, or other MDT Pacific account that is controlled by a third party (e.g. your employer).
COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
As a visitor to the Site, you can engage in many activities without providing any Personal Information.
However, when you register to use a MDT Pacific site and order products or services as a MDT Pacific user in order to provide the services to you, we may collect the following Personal Information from you:
